Sara:"Physics"
Saud:"6yb wsh rayk ashra7lk?"
"Ygalk btfahmni?" I said laughing
"Lesh 6ay7 mn 3aink?" He laughed
"Agool bs ent edrs w malk d5l feni ya teacher 3a6yat (my physics teacher)" I said laughing
Saud:"Bkaifk"

"Akeed bkaifi y3ni bkaifk ent?" I laughed
Saud sighed.
Something is wrong and I just made it worse like always.. akrahniii!!!!
"Saud wsh feek" I asked
"Mafi shay yalla aklmk b3dain" Saud said.
"La Saud!! al7een tgouli esh feek ma r7 agafl" I said
"Omi." Saud lowered his voice.
Sara:"Saud lw sm7t ya t36eni joumla ya la t7ki!!"
"Hy al7een bl3enaya" He shrugged.
"Lesh esh fehha bsmellah 3laiha?!" I asked
"Mb ana gaylk 3n her heart disease? dgat elgalb wagaft w ga3deen y7awloun yn3shoun elgalb." He explained 
 "She's gonna be fine la t6'ayg 9adrk!!! klha km dgega w tshoufha t6'7k w mabsou6a!!" I said trying to calm him down
"Allah y7fa6'ha yarab" Suddenly his voice changed
"Saud" I sighed
"Sara aklmk b3dain" He said trying not to show me his weakness 
"Ay moustashfa?" I said
"El7amadi" He said
"Ohh 6yb esm3 lazm agafl now my tutore is here" 
"Edrsi zain w la thableen feha elmskeena" He faked a laugh.
"Enshallah" I closed the line.
I have to go
He did a lot for me! that's the least i can do..
I took my abaya and headed down stairs
"Sara wain ray7a? " Anoud's annoying voice asked.
"Mn meta enti ms2oula 3ani" I laughed sarcastically. "Agoul bs bye."
I closed the door behind me and went inside the car.
Ya allah ya z7mat elRiyadh mou wagtk uffff!!!!!

I went inside the hospital not knowing where to go..
